Our most frequently asked question is: "When can you start the job?"

Unlike most companies, K.C. Masonry will not tell you an unrealistic date just to get you to sign with our company. Depending on when the contract is signed, the wait could be anywhere from a week to as much as 16 weeks. Please note that K.C. Masonry will never do a job that was signed after yours. K.C. Masonry will start all projects in the order that contracts are signed.

"Why is it going to take so long to start your job?"

Please understand that K.C. Masonry can do any size job - big or small. We work for builders and homeowners. Certain jobs require special order material, also, because the nature of the material that we work with we cannot work in the rain. Depending on the number of rain days we have, this could delay the start date.  We are booked that far because of our reputation and experience. 

"Do you work out of your house or office?"

Our office is located at 6345 Product Drive, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48312.

"What kinds of masonry work do you do?"

From the largest commercial job to the smallest repair job, if it’s masonry or concrete then we do it! Some of the services that we offer are: brick, block, stone, culture stone, fire places, chimneys, porches, foundations, additions, and regular flat work. We also specialize in all types of regular flat work and decorative concrete including: stamped, stenciled, and acid staining. We can provide our customers with decorative stamped patios, walkways, porches, and driveways. No job is too small.

"Do you use your own employees or do you subcontract?" 

K.C. Masonry uses our own employees for our concrete and brick work.  We do  however sometimes hire other companies that specialize in demolition of concrete and job site clean up, but please understand we are responsible for all work done on your property in the scope of our masonry and concrete work.
